Osiro Health was started by clinicians, longevity researchers, and engineers who were tired of the gap between what's possible in preventive medicine and what most people actually receive.
In 2022, our founder watched a close friend — a healthy, athletic forty-two-year-old — die of a sudden heart attack. Six months earlier, her annual physical had returned "all normal." Standard cholesterol panel. Standard blood pressure. Standard everything.
What her physical didn't measure: ApoB. Lp(a). Fasting insulin. hs-CRP. The five or six biomarkers that, taken together, would have made her risk visible years in advance.
The technology to measure these biomarkers has existed for decades. The peer-reviewed evidence has been clear for nearly as long. And yet a typical primary-care visit still measures the same eighteen markers it did in 1995, because that's what insurance reimburses.
Osiro Health exists to close that gap. We measure 110+ biomarkers — the ones the best longevity clinics in the world measure — and we make the experience feel less like a doctor's appointment and more like the gold standard of care it deserves to be.
We are not a replacement for your physician. We are the layer of preventive insight that should have existed all along.
Every decision at Osiro — from which lab partners we use to how we write your results summary — runs through these three filters.
The body is a system of systems. A panel that measures eighteen markers tells you almost nothing. A panel that measures 110+ tells you the truth. We refuse to ship anything less.
Numbers without context are just noise. Every Osiro panel is reviewed by a licensed clinician who writes you a personal summary. No PDF dumps. No algorithm-only interpretations.
Your health data is the most intimate data you have. We store it under HIPAA-grade encryption, we never sell it, and you can export or delete the entire record with one click.
Our founding team brings together Harvard Medical, Imperial College, and engineers from Apple Health, Stripe, and Verily.
Internal medicine, ten years at Brigham & Women's. Trained in preventive cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic.
Former product lead at Apple Health. Wrote his MIT thesis on bayesian inference in clinical decision support.
Longevity researcher, formerly Buck Institute on Aging. Twenty-eight peer-reviewed papers on biomarkers of aging.
Built infrastructure at Stripe and the early team at Verily. Cares about HIPAA the way most people care about plot twists.
Endocrinologist, ten years at UCSF. Oversees every clinician on the Osiro care team.
Previously design lead at Notion and Calm. Believes that beautiful design is a form of clinical care.
Every panel and every reference range is reviewed quarterly by our scientific advisory board — physicians and researchers from the institutions setting the standard in preventive medicine.
